Job: Women and Children First is hiring a Programme Officer

Women and Children First is looking for a Programme Officer to join its team. The purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of small projects, as well as provide support to the Programmes team on larger projects and to the wider organisation.

Key responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Coordination of and support to project operations across the project cycle

  • Technical support to our community group Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach and other community interventions

  • Support of developing new proposals, including prospect research

  • Support to knowledge management, communications and events

  • Helping with office administration, including supporting team meetings
